Room temperature - as all our baos are freshly baked, reheating is not a must. We recommend consuming our baos as soon as you receive them.
Reheating in preheated oven/airfryer for 5-10 mins - Store baos in freezer and reheat for a crispy cookie but cold matcha custard!
Try our Matcha Me cold! Store in the freezer overnight and defrost at room temperature for 15 mins (or until you feel the bao is soft.) Drizzle matcha ganache & enjoy! Just like matcha icecream in a bao!
