One of my must order in “cha chaan teng” is Hong Kong style french toast (奶醬多)! This peanut butter filled bao with chewy mochi and a generous amount of condensed milk squeezy will definitely bring back memories to many of you.

Keep refrigerated if not consuming within 4hrs. Store in FREEZER for overnight storage.

*2 ways to eat:

  1. Room temperature - as all our baos are freshly baked, reheating is not a must. We recommend consuming our baos as soon as you receive them.

  2. Reheat in preheated oven/airfryer for 5-10 mins - For a warm bao with a molten filling!
